Ciarra Saylor Douglas is a professional artist, illustrator & graphic designer with a degree in Communications and Visual Design from Emily Carr University. She has been painting and creating 2 dimensional works for many years, exhibiting and selling in Canada and Internationally.
Her work is inspired by her intuition, the world around her and children’s books. Through her life she has worked in a variety of mediums: watercolour painting, acrylic painting, ink and graphite.
Ciarra’s love of art and the desire to bring creativity to others as lead her to teaching a variety of classes in watercolours, graphite & ink to children and adults. She also teaches wet on wet watercolour painting at the Squamish Waldorf School.

Ciarra lives in Squamish BC Canada with her husband Josh and 2 children,Hudson and Cedar. She has a shared studio space on 2nd avenue where she works and teaches her workshops.
